Feast of Festivals

November sees some great events happening in the Cooma-Monaro Snowy Mountains Region which come together to form the Feast of Festivals. Come along and enjoy the motorcycles, the cars, the poetry and the music.

Snowy Ride 1-3 November
Thousands of motorbikes descend on Cooma and the Snowy Mountains for the 3 day annual Snowy Ride. Riders enjoy the spectacular Snowy Mountains roads and routes whilst raising money for Childhood Cancer research through the Steven Walters Foundation.

Motorfest  2nd November
This bi-annual event attracts thousands of visitors  to its spectacular display of hundreds of cars old & new, hot rods, street machines, tractors, motorbikes, boats, trucks & military vehicles. A Feast of Poetry 2nd November
A superb day of poetry writing, readings & performances. The competition wraps up with a beautiful morning of poetry reading, Devonshire teas, live music and presentations in the grounds of the Raglan Gallery. This year celebrating their 10th anniversary.

Australian National Busking Championships™ 2 & 3 November
2 Days of fantastic performances, live music, street entertainment and top class competition. Buskers will be performing throughout the Cooma CBD and in venues located around town. The two days culminating in a finals concert in Centennial Park on Sunday to determine the Australian National Busking Champion for 2013.
